Thank you for considering booking your next event with Creative Culture. We require a minimum of 8 people to book a private event. If you do not have at least 8 people, please visit our studio during business hours for walk-in crafting where no reservations are required. Events booked for less than 8 people will still be charged for the 8 count. There is a $150 no-show/cancellation policy. Parties can be rebooked at no fee but no-shows and cancellations result in the $150 charge.

  • Are reservations required?
    No reservations are required for crafting or milkshakes. We are a walk-in studio and you can drop in anytime. If you have a group of 8 or more we encourage you to book a private party.
  • How many people are required to have an event?
    Creative Culture requires a minimum of 8 people to book a private event. We are a walk-in studio so if you have less than 8 people you can walk-in to the studio and do a project at any time without a reservation.
  • What if I have more than 8 people?
    No problem. Additional guests can be added for an additional fee. Please notify the staff at least 24 hours in advance of your final guest count to make sure we can accomodate.
  • Is there an instructor or staff member that teaches the parties or crafts?
    Yes and No. We have studio assistants that will greet you and get you set up. We are a DIY studio so we do not teach the projects. The staff will show everyone the project and where the supplies are then each guest will work at their own pace through the self-led projects.
  • Can I bring in decorations?
    Yes. However we do not allow anything to be attached to our walls. We encourage you to only bring tabletop decor.
  • Is a deposit required?
    Yes. At the time of booking we will take a credit card number. This card is not charged unless you are a no-show for the event. All events require a credit card on file and if the party is cancelled or a no-show the card will be charged a $150 deposit fee. No fee/deposit is charged prior to the party.
  • Can I bring in outside food and drinks?
    Absolutely! We allow outside food and drinks but you must come self-contained. This means, you have to bring all your own service-ware, plates, cups and anything needed to serve or consume the food/beverage. Additionally, our staff does not assist with the service of food and drinks. We do not have refrigeration space. We do provide a small 2'x4' cart for use, but please keep your decor, food and drinks to minimum as the space is limited. You must open and dispose of all your own food and beverages.
  • Is there an age requirement?
    No. We have projects for all ages and skill levels.
  • Cancellations & No-Shows
    There is a $150 cancellation and no-show fee in place. You can rebook your party at no cost, but no-shows and cancellations will result in the $150 fee.
