BOOK your next event with creative culture

We require a minimum of 8 people to book a private event. If you do not have at least 8 people, please visit our studio during business hours for walk-in crafting where no reservations are required.

  • Private events require a minimum of 8 people to book. If you have under 8 people, please visit us during normal business hours and no reservations are needed.

  • Yes. There is a flat $50 fee for all private events. This fee is for table reservation, extra staff, setup and cleanup of the event.

  • All private events can be booked online. Click on your location above and you will visit the specific party page for the location selected.

    This page will allow you see the various party types, costs and availability.

    You will input your booking details as well as a credit card to secure the reservation. The credit card is only stored in the case of a no-show or cancellation. Nothing is charged to the card prior to your event. If you no-show or cancel there is a flat $150 fee. charged to the card on file.

    Upon the completion of your event you will check out and use the card or payment method of your choice.

  • Cancelations and no-shows result in a $150 fee. Reschedules result in a $50 fee.

    You are welcome to change the date and time with a 48 hour notice but the reschedule fee will be charged and you must know the date and time of your new date (this is subject to availability of the new requested date and time).

  • All parties are booked for 8 people at the time of booking. Each studio has different capacity so please verity maximum capicity prior to booking. If your event is larger than what we can accommodate we are happy to come to your location for a small travel fee.

    Final guest count must be provided to Creative Culture 48 hours prior to your event.

  • Parties are priced based on 8 people. Depending on the project chosen by your guests the additional project fee will be added to the final bill.

    You MUST let your studio know your final guest count 48 hours prior to your event to verify availability.

  • You can still keep your reservation but you will be charged for a minimum of 8 projects. Many of our projects can be taken to-go our you can do a minimum $25 gift card in place of a person/craft.

  • Yes. We allow outside food and drinks but you must bring all service materials and serve/clean up anything brought into the studio.

  • Yes. WE do not allow anything attached to our walls or ceilings and our spaces are very limited in size. Only bring small tabletop decor or gift bags.

  • Yes. Private events are permitted to bring beer and wine (no hard alcohol) for guest 21+. You must bring your own service items and clean up.

  • Not all studios have a private party room. Leawood, Kansas and Kansas City, Missouri both have private rooms. Portland, Oregon and Omaha, Nebraska reserves tables for parties in our main studio.

  • We would love for you to order milkshake but you are not required to. Please notify staff if you plan to order milkshakes so that we can be prepared.

  • All parties will have an automatic 10% gratuity added to the total bill.
